The incredible diversity of wildlife found in the Galapagos is what makes this volcanic Archipelago so very special - and at the Ocean Conservation Trust, we're proud to be supporting The Galapagos Conservation Trust's vital work to promote the conservation of endangered species found on Darwin’s Enchanted Isles.

In its latest project, the Trust is using state of the art drone technology to carry out vital research into shark nursery grounds in the Galapagos Marine Reserve, capturing previously unseen views of the waters around the islands to gather vital clues about the breeding habits of Blacktip Reef Sharks. As well as using this information to map habitats for important species and inform improved protection of the identified nursery grounds, the footage will also be used to engage and educate locals and visitors about the Ocean.
